How long to process my Nail set?/ When will I receive my order?

Current Processing time is  around time is 5-7business days for made to order nail sets. Ready to ship nail sets ships within 24 hours.

 

What happens when my order is shipped?

Nail sets have a processing time of 3-4 business days, once mailed, USPS will be able to provide an estimated date along with a tracking number regarding delivery. Please allow 24-48 hours for shipping details to update.

Do you offer refunds? 

 You may cancel your order within 24 hours from time of purchase.However Refunds will not be given for client selecting incorrect size or nail set.

What happens if my package was loss or stolen?

Once nails have been mailed, We are not responsible for issues (loss/theft) with shipping, please speak with your local USPS office for shipping issues or concerns. Refunds will not be given due to shipping issues. 

What is the longevity of my nail sets? Will they pop off?

No, with proper application per instructions that comes with your nail set, your nails will withstand daily tasks. Using nail glue included your nail set can be worn 2-3 weeks. 

What is included with each set?

You will receive your nail set, nail glue, nail file, cuticle pusher, alcohol pad and instruction card on how to apply & remove nails.
